Design-Optimized Engine Hood and Cooling Flaps for Wheel Loaders

Development and manufacture of high-strength GRP large hoods and vibration-resistant cooling flaps for heavy construction machinery. The design was engineered for demanding off-highway use, with a focus on maximum fatigue strength, durability, and TCO reduction.

Delivery is provided as a fully JIS-compliant (Just-in-Sequence) module. On request, all fittings and gas spring connections come precisely pre-assembled, enabling direct installation on the final assembly production line.
