Our difference
in your project

  • Expertise in material systems for a 25-year lifecycle

Expertise in material systems for your specific applications, sandwich structures, and high FST requirements, from laminate design to FEM analysis. We combine in-depth material knowledge with innovative engineering solutions, engineering that holds up in operation, not just during first article inspection (FAI). With a 25 to 30 year lifecycle for our assemblies, that’s the difference between delivery and lifecycle risk.

  • On-time delivery and high-quality products for your ramp-up

By integrating engineering, tooling, and production through documented and repeatable processes, we ensure that we support the ramp-up of your production on schedule and with consistent quality, so that your final assembly remains predictable and stable.

  • Senior project management with industry experience

Every project has a dedicated project manager and project engineer with deep industry experience. They serve as your single point of contact, a team that supports you from order placement through to the final delivered assembly. There are no handoffs between sales, engineering, and manufacturing. This ensures that nothing gets lost between the specifications and series production. Our mission is to provide you with the optimal composite solution, reducing complexity and enhancing sustainability.

Three locations. One standard.

Global production
and service capabilities

Faserplast Composites operates at three locations: its headquarters in Rickenbach near Wil (Switzerland) and our large production facilities in Poland and the United States. There, we manufacture large composite components and fully integrated assemblies. Production is supported by our in-house CNC tooling, paint shop, and quality control departments. By providing our own on-site storage space, we further streamline our customers’ logistics processes. Our success is built on the expertise of our employees, which is why we continuously invest in targeted training programs across all areas.
