Material engineering for maximum protection
For applications in extreme environments, we specifically integrate high-performance fibers such as aramid (Kevlar). Aramid structures offer outstanding energy absorption under highly dynamic impact loads and form the basis of modern protection concepts. Anti-fragmentation floors absorb kinetic energy and effectively protect the vehicle interior from fragmentation. For increased safety requirements, rubberized aramid panels are used, guaranteeing maximum resistance at minimal weight. In addition, thermal insulation and effective sound insulation can be integrated directly into the GRP structure, saving installation space.
Validated quality for the critical case
Components such as water and foam tanks for fire-fighting vehicles must function absolutely maintenance-free and reliably in operation. In this sensitive market environment, complete traceability is mandatory. Our quality management system documents every process step, from the resin batch number to the digital recording of curing parameters. To objectively prove the level of protection, specific impact tests can be carried out and validated in accredited laboratories.
